 Christi Parish Faith Formation Guidelines. Once you have submitted your form, you will be

 the Parish Office at 508-888-0209. Please read the registration letter that was mailed prior
 to completing your online registration as our program has changed and some grades have
 been provided options.

Instructions Grades 1 & 2: In person. Grades 3 - 5: In person or Homeschool. Classrooms will be assigned later. Grades 6 & 7: Option of Homeschool or Fraternus/Fidelis. If choosing the Homeschool option, please be sure to register using the email address that you will use for your login information with My Catholic Faith Delivered. You will receive receive an email with login information from our Faith Formation Office. If registering for Fraternus/Fidelis, register directly on the Fraternus or Fidelis websites: www.fraternus.net or www.fidelisonline.org. The fee for Fraternus or Fidelis is $50. Once registered please notify the Jennifer Cho in the Faith Formation office. Grades 8 & 9, please select either Confirmation One or Two or register for Fraternus/Fidelis on the websites previously listed. Once you submit your form, you will be redirected to our secure payment page.
